Nestled in the vibrant yet peaceful neighborhood of Bukit Damansara, Setiajasa House is a terrace home designed for a client looking to downscale without compromising comfort and lifestyle. We redesigned the façade and restructured the entire interior layout to enhance openness, functionality, and flow. The new design introduces a clean, tropical modern look with an open-plan concept that maximizes natural light and ventilation. A key feature of the redesign is the addition of a rear balcony, which overlooks a magnificent view while maintaining privacy due to its position at the back of the house. The use of light-toned colors, tropical materials, and light wood finishes brings a warm, airy feel—perfectly suited to the local climate and ideal for relaxed, everyday living.
