Refurbishment, Interior Design and Cabinetry

This house project involved a comprehensive refurbishment and redesign of both its exterior and interior. The facade received a minimalist yet bold enhancement with the introduction of a striking large ventilation block wall. Inside, the challenge was to create an interesting eclectic concept harmoniously blended with raw, industrious finishes. An additional floor, constructed using reclaimed building materials, now accommodates extra rooms and a bathroom. The intentional exposure of industrial-grade electrical conduits and copper plumbing pipes adds a unique and characterful aesthetic throughout the home. Despite the diverse elements, the final outcome is a space that feels both harmonious and full of personality.
